We are a small family shop. One of us is at the market before six on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; the other opens up and gets the counter ready.
We close for lunch and on Wednesdays so that we can do the buying, the deliveries to our trade customers and the paperwork.
If you need something we do not usually keep, ask a few days ahead and we will try to bring it back from the market.
